Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between Karl Reichert (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer via the Provider's website.

§ 2 Contract Conclusion

(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

(2) By clicking the "Place Order" button, you submit a binding order for the products contained in the shopping cart.

(3) The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email.

§ 3 Prices and Payment Terms

(1) All prices are net prices plus applicable VAT.

(2) Payment is made by invoice. The invoice amount is due within 14 days of the invoice date.

§ 4 Service Delivery

(1) Access to the ordered digital services will be activated after receipt of payment.

(2) The contract period begins with activation and is automatically renewed for the selected period unless terminated in due time.

§ 5 Cancellation

(1) Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time at the end of the current month.

(2) Cancellation requires text form (email is sufficient).

§ 6 Warranty

(1) Statutory warranty rights apply.

(2) Defects must be reported immediately upon discovery.

§ 7 Liability

(1) The Provider is fully liable for intent and gross negligence.

(2) In the case of slight negligence, the Provider is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations.

§ 8 Data Protection

Information on the collection and processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

§ 9 Final Provisions

(1) Austrian law applies.

(2) If individual provisions of these GTC are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
